We are a couple who purchased a home in the Graeagle area, this past year. We commenced this journey with the intent to purchase elsewhere. The Graeagle area was recommended to us by a long-term owner-friend whom we trust very much. He also recommended Linda Carr, of Whitehawk Properties, to us as he stated how honest and knowledgable she is about the overall area. We have owned our mountain home for just under a year and are so pleased with our decision. Linda guided us with kid gloves as she was patient and such an excellent listener. Her vast knowledge of the area allowed us to hone in on the home we now own. When the transaction was was completed, Linda was not. She was a wonderful help for months following ownership. She is a genuine individual whom I highly recommend to all. We remain in contact to this day and have developed a nice relationship versus “moving on” upon completion of the real estate component. Our expectations were exceeded not only with the Graeagle area and neighborhood we chose, we can’t say enough about Linda Carr, who remains in our lives today.
